Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express payments through Google Checkout. We also accept Money Orders & Personal Checks. Payment is expected within 10 days. Items are shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment. If paying via check, items are held until funds clear the bank.

Q: How much is shipping? Where is my order? A: Shipping will vary with each item(s). The cost of shipping is stated as either a flat fee or is calculated based on your location and the size/weight of the item. Q: Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada? A: YES I DO! Thank you for asking! I charge actual shipping costs only. (Postage, and packing supplies are included in this cost). I do not add a handling fee. Items are shipped via USPS. I use First Class, Parcel Post or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. Upon receipt of (cleared) payment I will email shipping & delivery confirmation information. You should be able to track the progress of your delivery online at www.usps.com I ship Monday through Friday. Items usually arrive in 7 days or less. (Occasionally the US Postal Service takes take longer.)

Q: If I'm not 100% satisfied with my order, can I return it? A: Yes. In the unlikely event you are not pleased with your item(s), simply return it within 7 days (in the same packaging) to receive a full refund or exchange minus a 5% restocking fee. The cost of shipping the item both ways cannot be reimbursed.

Q: How do I return my item(s)? A: Please email me within 24 hours if you plan on returning any item(s) to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Include in your email the reason for return, the method of payment used, and the item description. Securely package item(s) to be returned and include your RMA number. A Refund will be sent once item(s) are received and will be sent via the method you used originally to pay for your item(s) minus a 5% restocking fee.
